This dress is made of 88% polyester and 12% spandex blended fabrics, the black mini dress is a rich velvet cloth and the red blouse and skirt are in a cotton like finish. The bodice has a double row of ribbon lacing ending in extravagant bows. The blouse part can be worn off the shoulder as shown or pulled up to give a little more cover, the billowing sleeves have self tie strips as shown.
