This is a wicked costume in so many ways! A polyester velvet dress with black cord detail (this may not show in the photo, but it runs under the bust line and ties at the back to give a great fit). In the pack there are a pair of sleeve caps attached by Velcro to the shoulder straps and a glittery waist tie with strips of net cut into sections giving a really delicate effect, there is also a wicked wand trimmed with the same net.
