| Headless Horseman |
This headless horseman costume looks complicated but it is actually quite easy to wear, trust us we have tried it! First take the bottom half, a pair of trousers with an attached horse! The trousers are padded all the way around the waist, there are a pair of fake legs at the front of the horse, a pair of padded legs held up in the stirrups and your legs go in to the trousers and reach to the floor (if you can manage it any other way please send us a photo!) The lower half is held in place with adjustable bracers. All fabrics are manmade, polyester based. The top of this costume sewn together to make a long sleeved caped coat, there are large shoulder pads, with the severed neck on top of your own head you simply look through the mesh front (covered over with the attached ruffles of the shirt). This is a one size costume designed to fit up to approximately a 42 inch chest. Pulling on the reins you can lift and lower the horse head and trot off to your Halloween party!

Now this is a costume that you need to get your head around. Firstly you put on the inflatable shoulder pads (see the line drawing on the enlarged picture), this raises the level of your shoulders up to the top of your head. Supplied in the kit is a headpiece that sits on top of your head, the crown of which forms the severed neck of this character with nasty blood stained spinal column, veins and arteries, yummy! Then the costume slips over all of this and hey presto you are headless. The waistcoat, cape and collar are all in one piece and is made of lightweight polyester (seen here with models own black trousers and dark footwear). The collar has a piece of gauze like material that covers your eyes, you look out under the headpiece and the horrified lookers on can not see in.
