A very pretty dress is made from an elasticated bodice in white fabric with sequin and marabou feather trim, with strands of fabric at the shoulders. Attached to this is a layered skirt. Starting with the under layer next to the skin is a soft lining with snowflake patterned net at the hem to give fullness, over this are layers of cloth in different textures of white and subtle ice blue cut with a feathered edge to give the effect shown here.
