The costume is a s top, skirt, reversible apron, panniers and hat, ever since the release of the Sweeney Todd movie, we have had a waiting list for this costume, some people would give their left arm for a good outfit! The costume pack includes a pair of panniers, there are bones items that tie on the hips and create the shape of this period dress. The skirt has a draw-string and is pulled in to fit required.
