This fearsome felon is an outlaw that we have just dug up! His costume is worn over your own jeans and shirt and consists of a pair of vinyl chaps (for those of you who dont know chaps are deconstructed trousers that tie over your own jeans) over this is a two part duster coat, a black under coat made of soft polyester and a cotton gauze overcoat in brownish, greyish geaveish colours.
